Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
Not always. Some services can be accessed directly, while others may need a referral from your GP or specialist, particularly if you're claiming through Medicare, NDIS, or private health insurance. If you're not sure what applies to you, get in touch and we can talk you through it.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring any relevant referrals, recent scans or reports, a list of current medications, and your Medicare, health fund, or NDIS details if applicable.
How long does an initial appointment take?
Initial appointments generally take longer than follow-up visits, as we take the time to understand your history and goals before building a treatment plan together.
Can I claim through private health insurance or NDIS?
